Re: Cuomo Fights Rating System in Which Few Teachers Are Bad (New York Times, Front Page 3/23/2015).
No matter how many times you show support for evaluating teachers based on their students’ test scores, the fact that the reliability and validity of evaluating teachers based on student scores will remain virtually nil. I’m thinking that Fox News is more fair and balanced than the New York Times when it comes to reporting on matters of education to the public.
